The business hours of the 88th District Court for Alpena County will be closed on the following dates from 8:00am - 12:00 pm to allow for the processing of pending criminal/civil case work and to prepare for the upcoming implementation of MiFile:

Friday - December 05, 2025
Friday - December 19, 2025
Friday - January 09, 2026
Friday - January 23, 2026.
All in-custody arraignments and emergency matters will be conducted while the court's business offices are closed to the public.
